Located in a very unique spot just hundred meters from the edge of the forest and five hundred meters from the Lake Silvaplana. This tremendous residence offers breathtaking views of untouched natural scenery and is the perfect place for both summer and winter adventures. In summers you can enjoy golf at the golf club just ten kilometers from here and in the winters you have the ski lift just 200 meters from the apartment.
The wooden beams and vaulted ceilings feel quintessentially Swiss, as does the open-hearth fireplace in the living room for warming up cold fingers. In the same space, there's a door leading to a balcony, which, should the weather be on your side, is a lovely spot for breakfast, thanks in no small part to the spectacular mountain view.
Those who love the great outdoors will have similar feelings about this apartment in the Silvaplana region of Switzerland. However you choose to spend your time here, the home itself will have you well rested ahead of the following day's excursions.

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village.
