Todo estuvo perfecto el desayuno riquísimo y todo el personal es muy amable , caminando no está cerca nada pero un taxi o Uber cobra barato, mantienen todas las áreas del hotel limpias y de bonus tienen lavadora y secadora de ropa los cuartos de muy buen tamaño y cuentan con transportación del i al aeropuerto completamente gratis le doy un 100

A few issues, i was charged a processing fee of 25 pesos. Which I never paid in the past years. Also on my last booking, they tried to charge me for the reservation which i already paid for on the expedia app. I always pre-pay my bookings. Other than that, a good experience.

Despite the inconvenience of waiting significantly beyond our check-in time, the room was satisfactory. However, the morning breakfast was exceptionally delectable. Regrettably, we were unable to fully enjoy it due to an oversight by the hotel when booking my room. I had requested a hotel shuttle at 7:00 AM, but the hotel disregarded this request and instead scheduled our departure for 6:00 AM.
