I confirmed my space for the shuttle to the airport at 5:30am I went to sleep and at midnight they callled me , wake me out, let me know they have no room in the shuttle for me at 5:30, I need to take it at 5am even when i confirmed my space at 5:30 Not good at all

The hotel itself is very decent and close to the airport. Breakfast was delicious, room was sufficient, exercise room was very clean and shuttle available for the airport. The only thing I did not like is the location which is adjacent to highway. This is NOT a walkable location so walking to an OXXO for convenience snacks is not even an option.

I highly recommend The Hampton Inn in Silao. I have no complaints at all. The staff was friendly and helpful, the property, including my room, was spotless. The food in the restaurant was wonderful, with a lot to choose from. I used the pool and the fitness center, and both were top shelf. I will definitely stay again if I can. A+

Honestly everything was great. The reason for the three star was because we spoke with the hotel staff prior to arrival to schedule our shuttle pick-up. Upon arrival at the airport it took us a little while to get our luggage (which was not our fault) and we did not receive a courtesy call to ask if we were still taking the shuttle, they just left us. We had a baby with us and we were exhausted. That is really the only thing I can complain about. Other than that, our stay was great. The uber they recommended us was amazing. So if you need to get around ask for
