Normally friendly staff
Myself and another customer entered the hotel at the same time. The gentleman had previously checked in and just needed to purchase something. I let go ahead of me. As I stood there waiting to check in the gal at the front desk not once acknowledged that she was there. Once she was done with the gentleman she proceeded to go behind wall and acted as if I was not there. Not even a “I’ll be with you in a minute” she simply ignored me. She then decided that I was not invisible and decided to acknowledge me. Normally my stays are pleasant and I am always greeted with a hello or welcome back.

The room was very clean and the sheets were so white they looked new. The breakfast was delicious and so much to choose from. The pool was very clean. An all around great stay.

One night stay in our trip. The room was okay but the shower not so great. Would go hot and cold and lacked water pressure. The hair dryer was dying but they said they were going to replace it so that’s good.

This is the cleanest and most comfortable hotel I have stayed at. Staff is exceptional. The Tombstone Brewery is a walk next door. Fabulous food and drinks. Can’t wait to return.

My check in took FOREVER ! I was the first guest for a new front desk trainee. I was polite and didn't complain. But I should have. We had only 75 minutes to rest after a 9 hour drive before working for another 6 hours. The check in took near half of our much needed and anticipated rest time. In the future it would be much more courteous if the training clerk would ask the arriving PAYING guest if they have the time to work with the trainee. I was quite put out and disappointed.
