The staff was great to deal with from providing more accurate directions than google was giving us to booking last minute Hammam/spa reservations for us. We could not have had a better experience. "

"2nd time staying here, perfect hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful room, comfortable bed, good food especially Friday special cous cous was delicious just like homemade and Moroccan dessert was also delicious. One negative: not a good experience at the spa- the steam room didn’t work properly, which is the whole point of hammam- you need to spend time in the hot steam room before the scrub for the best results. And when I tried to tell that to the attendant- she wouldn’t even listen and denied that anything was wrong with the steam! That was really upsetting!!!"
