This hotel should be shut down. I’ve done tours to Iraq and Afghanistan and I’ve never been more scared to sleep in a place. This place is disgusting. Upon check in they tried to charge us 40 dollars extra for being after midnight. My reservation was made after 10 pm. No hot water in the room, room was disgusting, bed and towels were stained. Breakfast was inedible. Powdered eggs (soggy) and wet biscuits, no gravy (despicable this is the south) Coffey if you can call it that was lukewarm and tasted of rancid bath water. (Probably dipped out of our bathtubs of cold water that didn’t drain) 1,000,000/10 would not stay here. I need a therapist now.

I appreciated the friendly help at the front desk, but there was no hot water in my room, a hole in the bathroom door, noisy neighbors on all sides until about 2am, the key reader on our lock didn’t work and our refrigerator leaked all over my luggage. Some of the furniture was broken, only one lamp worked and you couldn’t close the bathroom door without putting your whole body against it. I was very disappointed with my stay and will not be coming back.

My room is disgusting. There's a mystery stain on bed number 2. The middle lights between the beds won't come on. There's candy and French fries and God only knows what else on the floors. The pillows are flat. Tub is disgusting and the beds give me bed bug vibes. I'm more than likely going to sleep in my car. This room is awful.

First off, the staff was amazing. They did everything they could to help us. The problem was the rooms were extremely dirty. They moved us to three different rooms and they were all disgusting. There was hair in the bathtub and the sheets, which didn’t look like they had been changed, and the only towel was black and crunchy. It was very noisy with trains coming by blowing their horns several times in the night. They warned us the hot water wasn’t working but it was supposed to be fixed the next day. On the upside, the heater worked well, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

This was the worst hotel experience that I’ve ever had. There was blood on the door, roaches on the floor, and holes in the wall. I was shocked they would even rent the rooms to anyone. I expressed to the manager the conditions of the room and he could care less. I requested a refund so that me and my kids could go somewhere else and the management refused. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy.

Checked in, went into the room, handful of roaches ran away, standing water in the tub, dripping faucets, and rooms weren't maintained at all. I was going to leave a 2 because person at main desk understood when I went back in 5 mins later and checked out. But this place is now refusing to give me a refund. Hotel across the road said they had a mass employee walk out a few months ago. Do not book here! Run!
