The Hilton was such a nice hotel to stay at. It is one of my new favorite Shreveport hotels. It was very clean, very nice staff that was very helpful. I called the front desk with questions and they was so nice and helpful. We brought our service dogs and the staff was so nice about it. I love the check in/check out feature on app. You can also chat with front desk on there and get a very quick response. The air conditioning worked very good and beds were super comfy.

We rented this room because your website said there was a spa tub. I cancelled one reservation almost $100 cheaper than this one simply because of the hot tub. When the staff explained that’s only for us coming there they didn’t offer a discount or solution of any kind. This was my first time staying at the Hilton in 15 years. Very unimpressed. Our first room was not even clean. We had to load our things up and go down to the front desk to ask for another room. Hair on the rim of the toilet and what looked like black pepper specs in one bed.
