⭐️ 1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointing Stay at Bally’s Hotel & Casino
My recent stay at Bally’s was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I first checked into my room, the carpet was soaking wet. I didn’t realize it until I walked toward the bathroom and slipped on the tile floor because the bottom of my shoe was wet from the carpet moisture. This was not only unsanitary but also dangerous.
After waiting almost an hour to be moved to another room, the second room wasn’t much better. There were long strands of hair on the towels, the sink stopper was broken causing the sink to fill with water, and I had to call maintenance just to get the sink to drain properly. I also noticed rust stains in the corners near the entry, which made the room feel old and poorly maintained.
To make matters worse, my sister was staying on the 12th floor, and the carpet outside her room in the hallway was soaked, which explains the strong mildew smell throughout the hotel. Clearly, this is not an isolated issue but a property-wide problem.
For a hotel of this size and reputation, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic safety standards is unacceptable. I expected much better from Bally’s, and I will not be returning.
