Clean and comfortable

we spent a night in this hotel and were very pleased with the service. Rome was clean and comfortable. We chose a twin room and were pleasantly surprised to find 2 queen beds. Staff at the front desk and the restaurant where we had dinner were helpful and couteous. Highly recommend this hotel.

フロントのスタッフさんは親切で、客室は清潔です。 朝食が美味しい上に、おにぎりを持たせてくれるのでその日の昼食には困らないと思います。 (足りなければセコマに行きましょう) ロビーの内装が競馬好きにはたまらないです。 ユニットバスが少し古めで、客室の床から一段高くなっているので高齢の方には使いづらいかも知れません。 Wi-Fiがありますが部屋の位置によっては入りが悪い可能性があります。 コンセントが枕元にある部屋と無い部屋(シングルとダブルの違い？)があります。必要に応じて長めのケーブルを用意すると良いと思います。

フロントスタッフの方が親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。フロント周りに昔懐かしい名馬のポスターが貼られており、フロント内にあるポスターの写真を撮っても嫌な顔せず笑顔で対応していただきました。朝食のスタッフの方々も接客態度が素晴らしかったです。また利用したいと思いました。

ホテルスタッフの対応が丁寧。施設は少し年季が入っていますが清潔感があり、気持ち良く宿泊できます。朝食もかなり美味しい。朝食券は馬券風で、食事後には券に的中マークのスタンプを押せたり、ロビーには馬に関する展示などがあり、馬好き競馬好きにはたまらないホテルです。2022年の宝塚記念勝利馬タイトルホルダーの優勝服が飾られており、ここでしか見られないという価値が有ります。是非また利用したいです。
