Okay, the main problem is that they don't service the rooms but in Thursdays and Mondays and they didn't even tell us until Friday. We booked Wednesday checking out Sunday. Y'all that's a lot of full trash cans and we had to keep going down to the front desk for towels, itty bitty shampoos, coffee,b cups etc. wine stay here again even though great location and have stayed few times before. Breakfast was good!

Bed wasn't comfy at all. The facilities didn't work (ice machine or vending) on my floor. The gentleman working the front was a bit odd and rude when I asked about a working vending machine he told me to just walk to braums it wasnt that far of a walk. But it was dark and walking alone in a familiar neighborhood with my daughter kinda bothered me so we just went back to the room.

The spicket on the tub came off and was unable to use the shower. Front desk refused to give another room saying hotel was booked which I highly doubted. I requested a refund but have not heard from them. I had a total of 3 rooms booked. The other two rooms were not great but were decent.

Good older hotel

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it is clean although definitely an older hotel and the breakfast has good options. Both my coffee maker in my room and the room TV did not work. I told the front desk and they said they asked someone to come by but that didn't happen. It wasn't that big of a deal because I was gone most of the time and they have coffee in the lobby. I reminded them when I checked out though so hopefully they work for the next guest!

Nice check-in, but the room and hallways smelled like wet mildew, the room had a few bugs, someone’s clipped toenails were next to the nightstand, the fridge runs really loud, bathtub filled up with water while showering. A/C worked good, quiet room, breakfast decent.
