Was informed that the pool was out of service when we checked in & was offered no discount or anything else. There was no remote in our room & the front desk was very rude about having to obtain one from another room.

Happy with our stay
This was a very comfortable hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating The heater in our room was not working when we arrived but the maintenance person was there within minutes to fix it. My only complaint is that on multiple day stays there is no housekeeping. I don’t expect a full clean but coming in to make the beds and empty the trash and check the bathroom should be routine. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean, but one room had a major,leaking showerhead
Room 312 or 310 has a shower head that needs repair. It sprays water to the side causing a puddle of water in the bathroom. Other then that, everything was very good.
