"The room was really nice and clean, equipped with all the necessary things. Walking into the room which was light up and with jazz music was a nice touch. The one thing I was somewhat disappointed was the TV. I was trying to watch just regular TV live and it keep on freezing. Same thing with the music when I played it in Spotify. I would stay there again on my next visit to Lenox. "

"Had to work for the day at Ski Butternut. Pros: Proximity to mountain and town, clean, friendly & accommodating staff, chargers for EVs, fitness 24/7, Barrington Brewery literally across the street for nice pub fare meal. Cons: none Food: N/A (left for work super early, but it smelled good! lol) Tips: make sure your room doesn't share a wall with the emergency stairs. Rumbles the wall and anything attached. Staff took care of a switch immediately. Would stay again for leisure."

"The Constance was beautiful! The staff person on site was so helpful and gave us a lot of great history of the Lenox Collection. I loved the complimentary snacks offered as well as the continental breakfast. The only thing that didn’t make our stay perfect was that the door that led outside onto the back porch area didn’t lock completely. It wasn’t too much of a big deal because we didn’t feel unsafe or anything but it’s always nice to have peace of mind when you are staying somewhere new. Other the that, our overnight stay was perfect!!"
