Step inside and be greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere. The living area is cozy yet spacious, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure. Snuggle up by the fireplace with a good book or gather with loved ones for a movie night. Enjoy the fresh mountain air from the deck, where the outdoor seating area is perfect for morning coffees, leisurely meals, or simply relaxing amidst the surrounding natural beauty. Use the propane BBQ grill to cook delicious meals outdoors, ideal for dining under the clear Sierra skies.
Located within the Bretz Mill community, you'll have access to exceptional amenities that enhance your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling community pool, unwind in the inviting hot tub, or rejuvenate your senses in the soothing sauna. These amenities ensure your vacation is as relaxing as it is enjoyable.

Heating & Cooling
Cooling: There is a mini split downstairs for both cooling and heating, ceiling fans, and a window AC unit in the upstairs bedroom. Heating: There are portable heaters, a gas fireplace, and wall heaters.
Remember to keep an eye on your weather app to be prepared for all your mountain adventures. It is best to arrive during sunlight hours. Snow chains are required during and after winter storms. The cabin is located in a gated mountain community of privately owned condos.

House rules:
1. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 8. Guest fee of $20/person/night after 6 guests apply automatically with reservation request. Please keep pets off furniture and make sure to clean up after them. All animals require a one-time $100 pet fee. 2 dogs max.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Be a good neighbor! Please NEVER leave trash outside where it will attract bears and other wild animals. There are community dumpsters. If you're parking on the street, park the correct way and don't block the street, and follow the signs in the community to make sure you're driving the right direction. This is a tight-knit mountain community and we all need to do our part to keep it clean and beautiful!
