My stay was wonderful overall. If you’re looking to find a place for a quick stay to run to Disney- this is your place! Loved that the hotel offered shuttle service to/from the airport and Disney. Not being able to communicate with anyone made it difficult so having this in place made life easy! The young lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful!!! (Sad I can’t remember her name atm! Think she was #3) She spoke great English! When our bus offloaded a group of guests - she welcomed them all with a smile and promptly checked everyone in. She assisted me by showing me how to use DIDI (their local Uber) in case I wanted to come back from Disney early. This was most helpful. I literally was on a transit visa just to go Disney and leave. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy. The room was spacious but could use some updating. (Cracks on the walls, older furniture) bed was comfortable and clean and that was all that truly mattered! As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe leaving the hotel - at all. The hotel conveniently offered noodles, snacks and soft drinks for purchase so I had all I needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Shanghai for a quick stay to go to Disney!

Great stay
We needed to stay near the airport and have shuttle service very early in the morning. They did a great jib and were very friendly. The frint desk also spoke English which made it easier for us than in many other part of China that we visited.

Everything is good except that the front desk charged me using my booking card directly without asking me since I planned to pay using a different card. It's a small town and not many good restaurants to choose from, but enough small ones with all kinds of food.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the hotel. The staff were super friendly, especially the front desk staff ID #3, the check in and out peocess was seamless, we were offered a free upgrde to a disney theme family room. It was cute! The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle was prompt. A great place to stay to catch an early morning flight at the airport.

Nice mid-size near Shanghai Pudong International Airport(PVG). Free and frequent transportation to airport and Disney Resort nearby. Very clean and organized and customer service is fast and satisfactory. Plus: complimentary delicious breakfast of a variety of food items. Staff (#19/21/23) are very helpful.
