This hotel was built in 2017, so everything is still very new. I was arranged a king-bed room on the 7th floor, facing the main street. The room is spacious, modern, clean, well equipped and designed. You don’t need to bring electronic adapters because you will find all major types of sockets in it, plus 2 USBs and a wireless speaker. The flat TV can be paired with smart phones. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are a bit too soft for me.
Apart from the hardware, I want to mention about its software (service). Most of the staff whom I met during my 4-day stay were friendly and helpful. Many of them initiated conversation and/or help, and I felt so welcome. Special thanks to Jenny Ye, Customer Experience Manager, and Jamie of F&B, who have been so kind to take care of my requests efficiently and professionally. Don’t get me wrong, I would like to emphasize that the overall service was very good, not just Jenny and Jamie. I am so impressed about this.
I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant (the only restaurant in the hotel), and I was happy with my food, except my steak which was overlooked. (I ordered medium but it was served well done.)
A shopping complex with shops, restaurants, bars and a massage place is just 100 metres from the hotel, but I think it’s only 40-50% occupied. So there would be more to be opened. I had a massage there one evening, which was very nice.
Will definitely come back.
