The staff at reception during checkin were so rude, so disinterested in the customer. Could not have made you feel Welcomed if they tried. The rest of the staff were genuinely helpful but whole experiences ruined by the rude reception team

A great hotel
The location is great, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station or Nanjing East Road. The hotel is beautiful and my room was comfortable. I really want to give this hotel 10 points, but the hotel charged me $8.44 for losing one of my room cards, which made me uncomfortable and unhappy.

DON’T STAY HERE!
Rude employees. Room not cleaned over 5 day stay. Sheets not changed. Argued with guests. Better hotels right across the street. Crown Plaza, Radisson, etc. Used to stay here for business but NEVER AGAIN!! Looks good but it has gone down. Try other places. Don’t get fooled like I did.

When we arrived the hotel, the Reception Manager being very impolite and rude, when we requested whether there is an upgrade of room when we are Gold member of Expedia. Last time they upgrade for us, so we requested is it possible this time.
