The Grand Cayman vacation rental features one bedroom with a king-size bed with a king Serta iComfort therapeutic mattress paired with a Pacific Coast duvet and pillows to ensure a great sleep. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay in this unit. A Vitamix blender and a Keurig coffee maker will help cover all drink orders. Every unit has a dishwasher and ice maker. Your personal screened porch comes complete with an electric BBQ. The living room has a pullout sofa and a computer desk with an LCD and peripherals to allow you to connect to get some work completed if needed. For your convenience, you can use the local phone service to make dinner reservations or use the second line to make free calls to the US or Canada. Smart TVs to entertain when needed, free WiFi, an Alexa device to play music, an in-room safe, and USB hubs to keep devices charged. Ceiling fans and a regularly maintained AC unit will keep you comfortable during your stay. We provide all linens and towels, including beach towels. Plus, we have in-suite laundry if you need to freshen up the towels. Demand hot water means you will never run out of hot water.

If you have not been to the island in the last year, we want to share an important aspect of our coastal landscape with you. Due to the ebb and flow of beach erosion, our beloved shoreline has transformed into a smaller beach, sometimes being detached from the busy part of SMB. Occasionally, the water may approach our seawall when the waves are active, providing a unique and captivating view of the ocean's rhythmic dance. In extreme and rare cases, we have had the water right up to our seawall. We generally have a beautiful sand entry but as noted in some of the pictures we are not always as fortunate. Loungers & umbrellas are set up ocean side or beachfront as Mother Nature permits as seen in the pictures listed. We have also added portable beach chairs and beach umbrellas for your personal use to be used on the public beach immediately north of us or anywhere else on the island. Please review the last twenty-ish pictures in detail that show the different states and sizes our beach has gone through in the last 365 days. The last three pictures will be updated monthly to give an accurate reflection of current conditions, but are not necessarily an indicator of conditions months from now.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a safe and a desk.

Nice Condo in a Great Location
Marc was a super host. Condo is in a great location, and is fully stocked with everything needed, and then some. And Marc left us with coffee, fruit and juice to get started. :-) We had no issues and Marc even texted us to make sure we had everything we needed. We're active vacationers and the beach situation (or lack there of) was not a concern for us. Marc was sure to tell us ahead of time about the erosion, which of course is our of his control. We were in for a wedding and felt very sorry for those paying 2-3x what we were to stay in the super expensive hotels a few miles away.

The condo was great, the pool was wonderful and the grounds kept up very nicely. Marc, the owner, was very responsive which was nice. But, I cannot give this a 5 overall due to the lack of beach. Had we known when we initially booked, we would not have chosen this condo. We found out from owner when we had to pay our second deposit. We will return but not to this condo.

A great place to stay
Highly recommend unit 50. Everything about it was an "at home" feel. Bonus points go to the keyboard and monitor availability if you needed to work :( and to the ease of use of TV and streaming services when not working. No one wants to deal with internet and tv issues. Owners are extremely responsive an Cayman in general is amazing. Lovely people. 7-mile beach is spectacular. Highly recommend.

Hidden Gem on Seven Mile Beach
Having never been to Grand Cayman, I was looking for a place that was reasonably priced and central so I could walk to many different areas. I could not have been more pleased with this unit. It was clean and refreshed and the owners’ attention to detail was better than I’ve seen anywhere. There is a lovely screened porch and easy access to the pool. Dozens of fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Truly a diamond in the rough and would be more than happy to stay here again on future trips to the island!

Second Time Is A Charm
This was our second time staying at this particular condo and we’ll continue to return. We had a shorter stay (4 nights) with our two adult children. The previous visit was just my spouse and I. Even though it was a bit cramped while sleeping, the condo did accommodate four adults easily with the sleeper sofa folding away to provide plenty of room for eating meals. We typically do not spend much time inside during but getaways - who would with the beautiful seven-mile beach literally a minute’s walk away? The enclosed patio provides a little extra space for a meal or playing cards. The condo is immaculately maintained and has all you need for a comfortable stay including a fully operable kitchen setup, towels/beach towels, and some snorkeling gear. There are stores within walking distance. This is truly a gem of Grand Cayman!

This location was perfect and our host was very communicative with lots of information on restaurants, transportation options and things to do. The resort was quiet, the condo had everything needed, comfortable king bed, plenty of towels, fully equipped kitchen, etc. This resort had a lovely beach front, ample chairs and the guests were friendly. Perfect location!
The Cayman Reef Resort is located on 7 mile beach. The property is clean & well maintained. It is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants! Beautiful Camana Bay is a short walk. The owner called us upon arrival to make sure everything was up to our expectations! We will definitely stay here again!
