We propose to rent, in Sérifontaine, this charming apartment of a surface of approximately 50 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², open kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A living room of about 24 m² with two double sofa beds, dining table and TV, Wifi (optical fiber)
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A shower room with WC

Night space :
- Bedroom 1 : Two single beds

The apartment is ideally located in Serifontaine, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
- Nearest train station : Serifontaine at 2 minutes by foot.
- Nearest airport : Paris Beauvais airport at 42 min by car.

- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
