My husband and I had an enjoyable stay at the L7. We liked the room lay-out, the cleanliness, the toiletries (Malin and Goetz!), the complimentary bottles of water everyday and of course, its central location (close to a metro station and the shops and restaurants are right on its doorstep). We only have one suggestion-can the breakfast coupons be given at check-in time? It would be more convenient this way for the guests. They can just go straight to the restaurant from their room for breakfast.

Great place to stay!
Very comfortable and clean! Great location for being new to Seoul and convenient for airport transport / metro/ buses. Central part of town so easy to visit many neighborhoods. Side street area has lot of dining, shopping, and coffee. We loved having a laundry option as well in the building!!!!!

The room we booked was bigger than expected - if you are not travelling as a couple be sure to request for a room with a private bathroom. The first room given to us had an open one but we were able to easily request a change. The area was fantastic, and right by a train exit which made travelling in and out of Myeondong very convenient. The hotel is located on the main street, just off the busy streets of Myeongdong, so we were able to go back to a quiet area. The room was very clean and well maintained, although the bathroom could have had better ventilation. We did feel that by the end of a 1 week stay the bathroom did smell a little stale. The toilet bowl is heated (which is a plus for winter), with a bidet. Staff and service was excellent and prompt - we'd requested for additional pillows, to fix our TV and to arrange for airport transfer back.

Room is quite small for a family of 3 (booked a twin single bed room), however the room is clean and functional. Transportation is good as it is right outside myeong dong exit 9. Very convenient to take the metro around. Food options wise, you are spoilt for choice with lots of eateries around myeong dong. Would recommend Isaac toast (myeong dong cathedral branch) or bakery & cafe for breakfast, yoogane, myeong dong gyoza and the various street foods. The hotel breakfast isn't worth the money though. Overall, good experience, the hotel comes with free flow of nescafe coffee on level 3 that you can collect with the cups provided in the room.

Good location but room for improvements still
Second stay with my family here. While location is fantastic, there are still a few areas that can be improved. Frosted with transparent bathroom wall makes showering extremely challenging for non-couple roommates. My sister had to use towels and tapes to block the transparent area so she can shower in peace while my dad remains in the room. We are also not able to hang our towels and clothes inside the bathroom since there are no hooks available. You end up having to step into the bedroom to do your cleaning up and dressing. Again, non couple roommates will find this an extreme challenge.

Convenient location near airport bus stop and subway exit 9. Grateful that staff allowed early check in as my elderly mum is tired from the red eye flight. Good service as staff take note of my request and make appropriate arrangement. It will be good if there are more choices of hot beverage. Also creamer is not provided for those who don’t like black coffee. Water from shower leaked into bathroom.

Very Good but….
Very good but… tiny room, lighting could be improved. The staff was excellent, friendly, accommodating etc. The main problem was that the bathroom’s floor slanted towards the tub - so I kept having to catch myself from falling. I didn’t realize til middle of night. So didn’t ask to change as we also had a lot of luggage. Don’t choose Room # 1407. In addition the elevator was a bit slow. Breakfast was excellent, location was good. A young vibe !! Near good transportation and great shopping. As older couple- I’d probably choose a different hotel but as a young person it’s great!!

The front desk staff were amazing. If not for them, I would have given this stay a one star. The room structure is not user friendly. There were bugs on the bedsheet that caused my skin to itch. Had to get them to change it on the third day after I reconfirmed that the sheet was the problem when the itch started again when I layed down to rest the second day.
