"The reception desk is at level 3, you will be a little lost if you do not enter the property via the front door or missed the directional signs. Check in was a breeze and the staff who handled us explained everything in English. The room was slightly bigger than expected. Loved the seaview especially during night time. Liked the idea of having the vanity sink outside the bathroom and it was really easy for us to get ready in the morning. The hotel is located just next to the KTX and Subway stations. There's many eateries within walking distance. You can easily grab cup noodles from the convenient store nearby if you came back after the shops are closed. The only downside is that the pillows are too soft, not very comfortable for side sleepers,"

"Booked a couple of nights with access to executive lounge. Well worth the extra cost. Separate more personal checkin/checkout. During checkin, I discovered that I had dropped my wallet in the cab from the airport. Staff jumped on the task to track down the cab and arranged for the wallet to be returned within an hour. Top notch service."

"Very convenient location just next to the Busan station . Easy transport access to many other parts of Busan as bus stops and metro is just outside the hotel . There are cafe and restaurants in this area but not a fantastic selections . Rooms are decently sized but bath room is tiny for big sized people "

"It was a great experience and I would like to recommand to my friends and coworkers. Easy to access to the shopping area, food street, night market, tour attractions. The only thing I felt the taxi driver sermed not willing to drop-off or pick up at the hotel spot, maybe not easy for them to drive through or take more time to drive. So I would recommand the guests to be a bit patient when waiting for for their ride. Thanks."
