Overall has a great stay at Montigo Resorts Seminyak. My only feedback is the lack of adult pool for those of us not travelling with children. I was sitting there in several occasions trying to read my book and enjoy the calm but had some younger children bombing/jumping in the pool and splashing all around

It took me a long time deciding where I should stay in my first trip to Bali and boy I am so glad I booked Montigo! 5 star impeccable service rendered by all the staffs! All staffs are polite, very welcoming and always smiling. Location is great with a 24 hour circle K opposite the resort, many massage and dining options, 5 mins walk to the most beautiful and clean beach. Breakfast is good with many tables available. There are 3 pools and the pool at the lobby is open 24 hours just next to their cafe. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay here. Feels a bit dated but suffice. Good location to bars and restaurants and potato head next door. If you want more market style shops or the beach, maybe try another location. Plenty of nice boutiques. Staff were helpful and friendly, great communication from staff. Restaurant was open til 3am and they have a 24hr pool which is handy.

Resort was okay. Good central location right next to beach clubs if that’s your thing. Pool Towels would run out by 10am we were told to wait until 4pm for more to arrive but when we asked staff in another area of the resort they made enquired to get us some within 10 minutes; this happened every day. Also had to call room service to request an extra bath towel each day as they only left one towel for two people. Cocktails were very weak and over priced. Food was okay and lots of items arrived lukewarm at best. Pizzas were fantastic though! Room service was difficult to order as they claim to be moving to modern technology and you have to view the menu on your phone, but then the restaurant told us that many things weren’t an option Resort was clean and easily accessible though.

It was ok jus big property spread on big acre everything f is dead around it there was another part of seminyik when scooter dude drove me that looked more alive, no international charger plug, room was lil dirty in some areas, sliding door was falling apart felt more like 4 star than ,5 , brekky was ok but didn't look like 5 star brekky, wont be returning personally, w was nice hotel but only fools pay $400 night, didn't get any jiggy either

Most enjoyable stay. Staff excellent - above & beyond. Batik Air delivered us to Bali with a good fight, BUT sent our (& 10 others) baggage to Kuala Lumpur. Once our bag - thanks to our AirTag, no thanks to Batik’s baggage agents - got back to Bali, we had all promises & no action for another 18 hours (total 3.5 days). Montigo staff (particularly Flo, Customer Relations) arranged for us to go to the airport & retrieve our bag. Thanks Flo & Montigo. Enjoyed our stay, tried both restaurants (good), pools & facilities. Will return

We have stayed here before and could not fault the property. After renovations, it is now in need of serious maintenance - towels in bath and pool are old, fraying and stained, maintenance issues have been patched leaving mismatched colours and a poor job, outdoor table settings are broken and cushions contain mould, which is the same with the pool chairs and cushions. Cleaning is a hit and miss affair. We had to call at 4pm one day to have our room cleaned, despite us being out all day and having a please clean room sign on the door. Breakfast buffet is lacking. No ambience in restaurant area. Ordered a toasted sandwich one day and despite going straight to our room, it did not arrive. Staff called after 4pm stating they had been trying to call me. They had not. I do not appreciate untruths. I was in my room the whole time waiting for my sandwich. After an hour, I knew it was not coming and just gave up. Front reception is always busy and you have to walk through a wet and sometimes dangerously slippery area to get to it from the resort. Staff are always amazing and super friendly. Wellness Centre was 10/10. Disappointing that money won out with a block of apartments now built and the Wedding Pavilion and quiet area out the back now full of rooms. So many things to fault now, where once I couldn't fault a thing. So disappointed. It is close to transport, the beach, restaurants and clubs.
