Bright duplex apartment with 23 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and garden, which can host up to 4 persons.



This spacious apartment furnished in alpine style, particularly boast its wide internal spaces and the wonderful surroundings.



The upper floor of the apartment is made of 3 bedrooms, of which 1 is a double room and 2 are single rooms, as well a s a wide bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower. Two of the 3 bedrooms have direct access to the balcony.



The lower floor instead is made of a living room with traditional Tyrolean stove and direct access to the second balcony, a separate kitchen with direct access to the terrace and a second bathroom with shower.



The highlight of the house is for sure the idyllic position. To enjoy it at its top, the apartment offers two balconies facing South-East, a wide furnished terrace with dining table looking South-West, a private garden and wide, fairy tale like green meadows with a panoramic seating.



The Separate kitchen comes with an own dining table and is ideally equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.



Wi-Fi, linen and towels are at your disposition.

Chalet Prinoth comes with an amazing apartment, set in a sunny position with breathtaking panoramic views on Selva Val Gardena!

It is a duplex apartment, set on the southwards looking side of the valley, in a panoramic position. It lays in the middle of green meadows, making you enjoy the mountain feeling at its top and admiring a stunning view in the Dolomites. This is the perfect solution for nature lovers.

In Winter the property is located a bit more than half kilometer from the Sellaronda (or from the ski bus stop to reach other places), so less than 1-minute drive to reach the ski slopes.

In summer the property boasts wide green meadows around the house, including private garden and a breathtaking panoramic seat. Hiking paths towards the UNESCO Dolomites do start directly from the house.

The town center and all the services can be reached in less than 2 minutes by car. The first restaurants, bars and the bus stop are even closer, they are located aprox. 500 m away.

Despite its lonely position, Chalet Prinoth does not lack any comfort, as it comes with garage parking (For 1 car, second car on request), free Wi-Fi, ski deposit with boot heater, bike deposit with washing facilities, linen, towels and washing machine on previous request only.

Chalet Prinoth is the right place for who want to feel the real mountain emotion.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is regularly served by an asphalted road and constantly cleaned. However, we suggest our guests to equip Winter tires and snow chains in the winter months between November and April, to avoid difficulties, due to the steepness of the road.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider. Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a bathtub.Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.

Nice place but bad experience with management
Nice place but they charged me €80 for excessive cleaning ( dishes & one trash was full on the bathroom) although they already charged me around €72 for final cleaning when I booked the chalet.. Unfair.!!
