The room was beautiful and spacious. Staff is exceptional and extremely helpful. The Lounge and the Barking Frog restaurants are excellent, and the amenities are gorgeous. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again.

Resort restaurant, live music, food and service were great. Room was average. One very small sink in bathroom. We were put in a handicapped room with a very low shower head which was not appreciated given how tall my husband is. Hallways smelled like dirty catering linens. For the price, the hotel is a bit worn and could use a refresh. The grounds are spectacular.

The entire experience was great…until we found out that the shower did not work. The staff informed us that we could use the Spa to take our shower. Since we were on a time crunch for our breakfast reservation, and that entailed more work, we had to decline but it most definitely dampened our stay and experience. For a 4 star hotel, this is an issue you would never expect to see and it was highly disappointing.
