Entire Studio Apartment - Climate Pledge Arena & Space Needle

Welcome to Mercer Furnished Apartments! We offer an amazing studio apartment located in the heart of Lower Queen Anne - Climate Pledge Arena is a block away and Seattle Center with the Space Needle, Opera House and Pacific NW Ballet are just a short walk.

The apartment is located inside a quaint, 3-story, walk up, brick building with a secured gate entry and front door. We do not have an elevator in the building.

You will be booking into a studio apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. You will have a dining room table along with a separate desk and office chair. Our basic wifi package is complimentary and we offer a high-speed business package upgrade at a daily, weekly or monthly fee! Working from your new home in the city can be a breeze.

The apartment has one queen size bed and one couch that can be folded open to a full-size bed. The space is comfortable for 3 grown adults or for a family of two adults and two young children. We can also provide a double air mattress if needed.

We have an amazing, professional housekeeping crew to clean the unit and wash all the linens. You will find the apartment fresh and clean!

Early check in or late check outs are not guaranteed. If we have another guest checking in or out on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the apartment. In case that we can, we offer $25 per hour up to 2 hours total. We wont know until 24 hours prior to your arrival, so please be sure to ask us! If you want more than 2 hours extra, we encourage you to reserve the night before or the night after so that you can arrive and depart at your leisure.

**All guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.**

Great getaway!
We had an amazing time here, the location is amazing with plenty of things to do. This was perfect for our plans of exploring the city as the monorail is a 10 minute walk away, with the one line being at the end of the monorail.

Melanie is very available. Close to/walking distance to bay and aquarium/boardwalk. A bit noisy at night so I used ear plugs. Kitchen easy to use; one element was not working on stove but the others worked well. Good ventilation with windows. Great for a short stay. Across the street from market place. Recommend using very small car if you park on the premises as the ability to maneuver car is low.

We were in easy walking distance of lots of attractions. Neighborhood was a little loud at night, which obviously the host could do nothing about but might be good for the next people to know. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Loved the key code system so we didn't have to keep track of keys. Great for the price we paid.

The property was easy to find, however code entry at the gate was a bit confusing and the screen doesn't have a very good display due to age. The room was very warm, with no ac, however we were able to maintain with the fan at 70° outside temps.

This cute studio apartment was perfect for our week long stay in Seattle! Advertised as a walkers dream, and that is the truth! So many neat places to see and great restaurants all in walking distance, and the market across the street was super convenient. Our host Melanie was an absolute sweetheart and so helpful. We LOVED this place. Excellent location, walking distance from so many attractions and tourist spots. Coffee shops on the same block, across from a grocery store and next to bus stops! This is an older building and we loved it, very cute and quaint. The water pressure for shower was great and temp was good too. We were obsessed with the location and how easy it was to get around. Coming from Texas, we didn’t think to check about AC so that was an adjustment but the provided fan and windows open at night helped keep the apartment cool! So just be prepared that there’s no AC if you’re used to having central AC. Host were very sweet and communicative, we requested an early check in and they were very accommodating! There is a supply closet for the building that we found very useful as well. 10/10 highly recommended!

You are across the street from a great market that has everything and a short walk/ride to anywhere Seattle. Be aware if you’re a light sleeper the shades don’t close and you are located on the street side of a couple main streets. The location has character and it met all of our 3 day Seattle adventure needs. The property gets a Thumbs up from this couple!

Clean and reliable place to stay. We really appreciate having so much space, big windows, a desk dining table for working on our laptops, and a full kitchen. The building is older so there's definitely quirks, but we continue booking our stays here. Appreciate the secure entrance. Metropolitan market right across the street is great for their hot bar, coffee, groceries, etc. Great restaurants nearby. Host is very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. The room we were assigned this trip was facing Mercer and it was very noisy outside at night, previous time our room was facing the other direction and we didn't hear anything. Will be back. The only thing to be cautious of is parking around the building is not easy, we couldn't find a 24hr garage. I suggest street parking that you can pay for via app.
