First off to address some of the other reviews about this property, we found this hotel to be clean. The good points are that it has an outside pool, it is 5 mins from the Space Needle/monorail and it has (very basic) free breakfasts. It is however incredibly shabby and cannot have been decorated for 20 years. The staff were generally obliging but a little inept. The clientele were fine, mainly people needing somewhere cheap before boarding cruise ships.
The biggest and worst issue, and one we will be raising a complaint about is that we booked a five person room (2 x adults, 3 x kids), but we were given a tiny four person room and we’re essentially told to just deal with it. That is was company policy not to add an extra bed. The robotic attitude of staff was infuriating but we eventually persuaded them to give us a fold out be when we pointed out it was 10:30 at night and our 7 year old had nowhere to sleep. In the morning they told us our only option was to book another hotel….
Not recommended unless all you need is a convenient and cheap(er) place to lay your head for a night.
