We had a great stay. The apartment was clean and in a very convenient location and managed well. Our greeter was friendly and detailed in her description of the entry process, and we had to reach out to the apartment manager during our stay who was quick with her response. My only wish was that the couch was a true pull-out couch instead of the sections of the couch flattening to form a sleeping surface. Otherwise, this apartment was fantastic and suited our needs wonderfully.

This property was wonderful. The communication leading up to our stay was great and Valerie who checked us in did a great job explaining everything. The location is perfect as we don’t have to drive anywhere during our stay; we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The property itself was very secure and have everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

A great space for two!

My best friend and I stayed here for a long weekend prior to our cruise, and it was stellar! The check-in process was a bit intimidating, but smooth once completed. The no AC sucks, but the listing is accurate.

Great location! We could really walk anywhere we wanted to go. The unit was clean and fairly well stocked. The carpet really needs to be replaced. The building is not very sound proof and we found it very noisy - from the outside and from the hallway.

Didn’t like the fact of third party rental, check in had to be scheduled by appointment to the half hour. Unit was not very clean, electrical was questionable, exterior painting going on from 8am. So men looking in windows was not exactly relaxing. Not the usual vrbo experience!

Nice apartment. The check in process was a bit cumbersome. It was hot and there are no air conditioners but we managed with the fans. The kitchen is well equipped and a good shower.

Fantastic location

Great property. It was exactly what was stated in the listing, and it was within walking distance of Pike Place market as well as the Space Needle. My son and I walked to both, as well as a bunch of other stuff. I rented a car, but I didn't need it for anything. I'll be back.

They ask you to run the dishwasher however there is no dishwasher soap so please wash your dishes before you use them. There was also no laundry soap so we were unable to wash the bedding per request. The place is decently clean. It definitely could use a deep clean as we found used underwear. There are a few things that did not works such as a fan and the heat lamp in the bathroom. The view was nice!

Worst customer service/door code stopped working no one helped

When we checked in, someone was supposed to meet us since there’s a key code to open the front door and use the elevators even to get our floor you can’t just walk up the stairs since the front lobby area said it’s for emergencies only. When we finally did get to our room when somebody finally decided to show up after we had traveled for a long day and had to wait over an hour, we made it to our room. They explained the key code and everything like that we were fine getting in and out of our room Until the day before we were departing the key code to get in our door stopped working. They kept giving us a new code that wouldn’t work. My husband had to stay in the VRBO in fear that we were going to get locked out again since the first time we got locked out we sat in the hallway for over 30 minutes with my kids while somebody from Vacasa kept giving us instructions on how to open the door when it would not work when we had no issues before. He wasn’t able to do anything else with us and had to stay behind to let us in. They kept giving us a new code and it didn’t work. I took videos to show them and they were so unhelpful. VRBO wasn’t any help either. This was the worst stay I’ve never had with my family. We used VRBO for all our trips but I’ll be more cautious renting from a place that is using a rental management company that isn’t on site.
