I had a really nice stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the place itself was clean and well-kept. The location was perfect for me since I was in town for a show at the Paramount Theatre—it’s just a short walk away. I did try to get some work done in the common area before catching my train home, but it was a bit noisy and hard to concentrate. There are a few spots in the neighborhood that might be better suited for working if you need a quiet space. Overall, a pleasant stay with great staff and a convenient location.

The service/front desk folks were great and room comfy and clean. Only issue is the self-parking is pricy at $42 a night and a resort fee $25 for WiFi. It’s a little tricky finding the building as it’s right under the rail tram and split lanes. Would stay again.

The entire staff was abundantly welcoming. They provided us free bikes, answered all our questions, and even held our bags after we checked out while we waited for our flight. The bedding was luxurious. The robes were the most comfortable I've ever worn. I'm going to book at Staypineapple whenever the city I'm going to has it.

Great experience. Would stay here again. Safe area, very walkable. Short distances to all sites, Space needle, Downtown, Pike Place, all within about 10-15 min. The Amazon spheres are a block over, plenty of cafes & restaurants. The room was comfortable, clean and every staff member was great!

The room was average. The area was accessible to many things. Staff was amazing. I was allowed to check in a little earlier and if you are there earlier than check-in, you can call front desk and they’re really nice about you. Possibly leaving your luggage there till check-in. They went above and beyond on an item that we left in the room to get it back to us, and very nice on the phone.

The staff was great. I give them 5 stars. I loved the vibe and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The reason I gave three stars was some issues with the room. The TV remote did not work most of the time, the TV would randomly shut off for no reason. The tech tried to fix it but could not. I think what made it worse was the reason "it gets used a lot". there was no attempt to replace the remote which was the biggest issue. the other issue was the shower. the door did not close all the way so when you got out the floor had water on it. a lot of water.

Nice place but there's no fridge, the bed comes with instructions, and $42 a night to park in a lot that requires ten point turns to get into the spot is a bit ridiculous
