My experience was terrible at sleep in. My flight was delayed twice and I unfortunately ended up arriving in Seattle around 2am. I get at sleep in and the lady at front desk tells me that if reservation is booked through a third party (Expedia) , if you don’t show up by 10:30pm or not tell them you are going to be late your reservation is automatically cancelled with no refunds. Mind you this was not stated anywhere. Also how was I suppose to know my flight would be delayed for almost 7hours? I had literally booked a stay for 2 days when I only needed one day and it was cancelled with no refunds. That was so frustrating especially having to deal with that almost at 3 in the morning.

Always our favorite hotel!
We always stay at this hotel whenever we visit New York! The rooms are large and always super clean! The staff is always very welcoming and friendly! We love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby and love the shuttle service to and from the airport. Hotel location is extremely convenient for the Subway or Bus stations. Highly recommend this hotel!
