This is a very nice place. It's definitely older, but it was clean and quiet. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Only set back was I thought the shuttle to the airport ran 24 hours but it didn't so I had to call an Uber which was very handy and quick.

The property needs a major renovation. I booked two rooms for the family, one of the rooms had a pungent smell of smoking room, I had to leave the windows open during the day, but did not help. The mattresses were firm and the sheets were clean, bathroom needs an update, the toilet was making flushing sound every time other rooms were flushing or using the water. The carpet was vacuumed but looked dirty, curtains had the stains. Staff were friendly, the location was good, but there are other newer hotels nearby. I would probably go and book the new ones for my next trip.

We stayed in the first floor it was fine until the guest above us started making noises. We can hear a kid jumping and running, slamming door at eleven or so at night. It’s irritating. Overall it was a good stay.

Shuttle service is great (driver Andrew was friendly and helpful!) We received various suggestions on things to do that weekend in Seattle. A room for improvement: Better communication between the client, reception, and shuttle service when it comes to timelines on pick up and drop off times to and from airport.

Overall the hotel was fine. If you just want a place to sleep this hotel is fine. It’s a little dated. The pool was out of commission and appeared to be for quite some time. It looks like it may never get up and running. The breakfast was the same everyday. Nothing hot other than making waffles. There were also sausage and egg croissant sandwiches (frozen) that you could microwave. Along with typical yogurt, cereal, toast and bagels. Wasn’t impressed with the shuttle. When we arrived at 5:30pm we called, and were told the driver was on lunch and we’d have to wait close to one hour and forty-five minutes for a pickup. That’s not cool after travelling all day. We had to take a cab which was close to $30 :(
