Room was clean but freezing, and the thermostat wasn’t heating the room well. The room’s atmosphere was stark, not comfortable or cozy feeling. The room service fees were expensive and the language barrier made for food not ordered. Overall, the hotel was nothing special and not what I expected at all.

The room would not get warm enough. The heat was preset for 75 degrees fahrenheit, and we were cold. Finally. Maintrnance brought in a space heater. The resturant looks like a boring office-no decor-,just white walls. Food ok though.

The room was spotless. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I ate dinner at the bar while watching a hockey game. The food was decently priced and delicious. The drink was great too.
