This home enjoys an ideal location in the Bryant neighborhood, only a block and a half from the Bryant Park tennis courts and four blocks from the Burke-Gilman Trail, a 27-mile path for walkers, runners, and cyclists. Within a two-mile radius, you'll find the beautiful UW campus, University Village, Green Lake, and 350-acre Magnuson Park with scenic trails, sports fields, and a swimming beach on Lake Washington.

Enter the house through a sunny front patio, a lovely spot to sip local coffee in the mornings, greet neighbors in the afternoons and watch the sun sink behind the evergreens in the evenings. Should the fog ever roll in, step inside to stream movies on the living room smart TV.

Generous picture windows fill the house with light, whether it's a sparkling summer day or an atmospheric winter morning. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
