Staff completely incompetent. Had about 10 people out the door in the heat trying to check in. They could not seem to check in anyone. After waiting about an hour, finally just left and went to another hotel.

Wish the inside was as nice as the outside
The hallways were very dirty. Our room was not cleaned, garbage nitpicked up. The internet was off the second day we were there. We left on the third day and it was still down. Staff was nice and it was quiet.

Her room smelled like mold and the area around the hotel, especially around the parking lot smell like trash was dumped out there. It was very unsafe as the doors to come into the hotel were open to the public. We would see random people walking in and out of the hotel.

There was no coffee maker or microwave in room, and they wanted to charge us $10 more per night for those amenities that are so basic everywhere else.
