Owner is very unreliable
Our book was canceled due to overbooking the night before arriving. It caused us to change the travel plan and made big inconvenience. The owner called us for cancellation and said he will refund us but he did not even bother to start the process and didn’t respond the message and phone calls. To the end I have to contact Vrbo customer service to get the refund.

Great alternative to hotel when visiting family in Capitol Hill.
Stayed for a week here while visiting family. Well equipped and very clean. New modern building. Amenities were great - shampoo, conditioner, soap, kitchen soap, paper towels, sponge etc. would stay again.
