I knew ahead of time that the elevators were not working and I appreciated that. They were able to get me a room on the second floor and an employee helped take my luggage upstairs which I was very appreciative of. The lighting in the halls and stairways is too dim and made it feel less safe.

Horrible hotel
Upon arriving, they tried to put me in a 2 double bed room. I booked a king and was given a handicapped room. There was a mold smell in the room and we asked to switch rooms. I was told I was STUCK with that room for all 3 days. Out arrival time was after 1am and we were exhausted so I went to the desk early the next day. We finally got another room but it also had mold in the bathroom, the bathroom faucet was loose and wobbled when used. Bugs in the bathroom and extremely dirty. I wiped a washcloth on the bathroom floor and it was black! Disgusting and WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!

Holes in the sheets, broken TV, soiled carpet, the front desk looked like it was a garage sale setting, it was close to 90 degrees in the lobby, the elevator was broken, we had to go up 6 flights of stairs with our luggage. They did offer to give us a full refund when we first arrived. But it was 11pm and where was I supposed to go?

underer construction. no elevator expected guest to go up 5 floors with their luggage, no towels or soap. breakfast floor and area was so dirty it made you want to throw up. 7 couples in area all said same. when checked in was told we could go elsewher...at 8.00 pm afyer takeing a cab to hotel that we booked the try to find another hotel..at that time...we were stuck. .YOU SHOULD HAVE WARNED people it was under total construction. staff uncarinmg pinkl hair and not professional at all. sstaff at breakfast same really your comment was well you stayed when we called to leyt you know....REALLY nexdt time you stay at 8 pm at nite andf it is that bad see if you who flew in can know where to go and pay taxie and hotel aftyer having booked ahead of time and paying in advance...... did not aks for refund BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. and we had 3 couples all say the same thing on the phone to your company at the same call.

I picked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. I called ahead to arrange for the shuttle, as instructed. I got a text just a few hours before arriving telling me that the shuttle could not pick me up. I had țo pay for an Uber. Also, I received a text the morning of my stay telling me that the elevator was out of service. They offered cancellation without a penalty. This was a problem because I had twisted my knee the day before, but I still needed the shuttle, so I decided not to cancel. But the shuttle didn’t come through either. The breakfast was a joke. There was nowhere to sit and it was inedible. Had to go to Dennys next door. So the entire experience was bad and a waste of money.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean and surprisingly quiet for being near the airport. However they were remodeling the hotel so there was stuff everywhere, boxes, materials, half done areas including the makeshift front desk. Which is fine, but it wasn’t mentioned when booking. Also, the elevator was broken, also not necessarily the end of the world but we had to walk up a staircase out of the Shining and the lowest room was on the fourth floor.

The good news is the rooms were clean. However, the facility is being renovated. The lobby and hallways were filthy, and the elevators did not work so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, but surprise there was no Advanced notice of this, no reduction in room price or apologies for conditions Do not stay at this location.

Called for shuttle after claiming baggage to find out it was not running so we had to take a taxi. Then when we arrived at hotel, we find there are no working elevators. Fortunately the desk clerk got use a room on the first floor so we only had to carry two 40 pound bags (with a slightly handicapped person) up one flight of stairs. In the morning at breakfast there were two shuttles. One parked and one running.
