We had a lovely stay. Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, with biscuits and gravy served both Saturday and Sunday, as well as other standard fare. You are next to a busy highway however it was surprisingly quiet.

Everything was lovely, as expected from the reviews we read, however the breakfast was not anywhere ideal. We were disappointed and did not even bother to return on our second morning. We have stayed at many hotels offering complimentary breakfasts and this was way below standard in our opinion. Everything else about the hotel was lovely! The staff, the cleanliness, the parking and overall feeling was exactly what the reviews said!

The whole property is clean and bright. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Access to the light rail was just across the road and road transport links also very good.

The property is in an excellent location for using the light rail annd surrounding businesses but that’s about it. The breakfast wasn’t great as compared to before and the property and staff seem to be in a decline. I doubt I’ll be returning to this location.
