We had an amazing stay at Kings Inn! I definitely recommend, this was our first time in Seattle! During my booking process it was important to have everything walking distance! This place was so convenient and accessible! The Pike Market Place and the Space Needle were a walking distance! Also recommend getting the train! We didn’t do enough research before we landed buttttt the Uber from rhe airport to the hotel was 68-80$ the train drops you off a walking distance from the hotel and was only 3$

This property is halfway through a remodel. New bed, sheets, towels were wonderful. Full service maid service.
Booked this $318 visit to Kings Inn after seeing the cover photo of what appeared to be a high rise hotel.
Arrived at Kings Inn and immediately realized the cover photo was intentionally misleading and I was staying at the motel in front. I should have looked deeper before booking, but this was a pretty sneaky tactic.
Upon arrival to the office in front, there were tons of cords and tools lying around (trip hazards with no signs) and about six people in a tiny office just standing around. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
When we checked in, the desk guy was pleasant enough but he just asked my name and handed me the key. Not a word about check-out or anything we may need to know. Literally did not say anything.
We entered the room and as we looked around we realized the following:
-None of the lamps were plugged in
-There was a hair dryer but no outlets in the bathroom or near the bathroom (using a hair straightener in the sitting room was interesting).
-The WiFi network and password didn’t work
-The TV turned on but the cable didn’t work
-No screens in the windows
-Phone is set up so that the cord is stretched completely tight to the outlet (not a huge deal but just one thing in a long list of issues with a bizarre room)
-Overall room/bathroom was a dump
-The alleyway was so loud that it was nearly impossible to sleep.
The area this motel is located in doesn’t feel safe.
Summary: Misleading, unwelcoming, gross. Spend your money elsewhere.
New owners starting out so the are renovating it seems like. Cable did not work, most channels did not work. Wifi only seems to work if you are by the check in office. Floors are super old and make your feet dark with dirt. No fridge at least in the room. Overall great location with decent prices. They should charge a little lower for not offering much amenities. I loved that room 118 because it was tucked away in the back on the first floor. Highly recommend for anyone to stay. I definitely am going back if I am in the area and hope they improve. Thank you.
This hotel is completely SUBstandard! The phones didn't work. You needed 2 remotes plus manual tuning to get the TV to work. I needed to get someone to fix the curtains. There was a bundle of wires below the TV. The shower head leaked all over and I barely had any pressure. There were exposed (not bare) electrical wires. I have never seen anything in such disorder. I can't believe the City of Seattle lets them operate.
Very run down. Elevator broken. Ice machine is down in the basement underground. No water cups in the room. No mattress cover, just the sheet over the mattress. Outlets are literally melting out of the walls. NOTHING in the rooms. First room they checked me into was occupied.
Great location, clean , comfortable beds just open
The place hust opened. The location was just a 5 to 7 min walk to the convention center. The beds were new and comfortable and all the linens and 10wels were clean. I ended up staying hete because all the other hotels close to the convention center were booked and im glad i did. Its not fancy but the give good service and a clean comfortable room made my stay great
Let me start with the good things first. It was very well located in the city to get to the light rail station and was walking distance to Pikes market, the space needle and other fun things. We took the light rail to the Mariners Baseball game that sits right next door to the Seahawks football stadium. The room was pretty clean and we felt safe there.
The room itself was in pour shape. The parking was terrible, there was a underground parking lot that when i got down there in my Ford F150 truck we could not figure out how to get back out. We ended up scraping the side of the step side getting out. There were missing light bulbs, we could never get the TV working and when we asked for help it was non existent. There was alot of street noise that disrupted our sleep and the bed was marginal at best. Good thing we only spent 8 to 9 hours a night there. We were gone all day site seeing
The staff was very pleasant and making the most of the property which was still being updated by the new owners. Expedia booked at a price much higher than the hotel charged. If you want to stay here, book directly with the hotel.

Assigned a room, key wouldn’t work. On third floor. No elevator. Got another room and bed wasn’t made up. Took too long to get resolved. Then wi-if wouldn’t work. Room was clean. That’s about all I can say positive. .

The location of this Inn for jazz lovers is PERFECT! It is literally right across the street from Dimitriou's Jazz Alley❤️ and right next door to a Top Pot doughnut shop🤪 The facility is in the renovation stage, so stay with an appreciation for the location. Staff is friendly and the accommodations are dated yet very clean! Earplugs for traffic noise are helpful, however it quiets down significantly after midnight. Hopefully, I will always be able to stay here when I wish to attend a performance.
At first I wasn't sure what to expect. The place is newly renovated, very clean, fluffy towels and great staff. Hairdryer provided upon request at the front desk. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Wifi can be spotty but is free. Park at the street level if possible as the below ground parking is very steep ramp and very small tight turns. Think 1950 size. Bed was very comfortable and linens clean. Hot water. Good AC and new TV wall mounted. Hot water, tea, coffee in the main lobby. Ice machine downstairs. Great location close to attractions and downtown.
