This is an amazing boutique hotel close to everything downtown Seattle has to offer. Easy walk to the waterfront and Pike Place and other major attractions. Comfortable and luxurious, a real gem.

Convenient location for some of Seattle's most popular tourist areas. Easy to visit on foot and then pop back to the hotel for a rest. Some of the options in the question "what did you not like" are a little judgmental: the area did not appear to be inherently "dirty" or "noisy" or "unsafe". Perhaps a better term would be "unattractive", which, of course, is no reflection on the hotel.

We loved this hotel! All of the staff we encountered were really friendly. The decor in the rooms was modern and tasteful, and the bathroom was super clean. The bar/cafe had a cool vibe and the drinks were great. It is also very conveniently located near the water and only a 5-10 min walk to Pike Place Market. Would definitely stay here again!
