The room was clean and well equipped, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant on the property was amazing! The location was awesome for the Seahawks game as we were able to easily walk to the stadium, and was a close walk to Pike Place as well! The one less than ideal thing was that we had an adjoining room with people we didn’t know (the door was locked and secure in between rooms) but our neighbours were a quite loud late into the night.

We have stayed here a few times now, and all visits have been quite good. Restaurant menu is somewhat limited but the food is tasty and well presented. Very convenient to Westlake Station if you’re going to a Seahawks game, concert or other event, or to take it to or from Sea-Tac airport; and the monorail to take you to the tourist attractions (Space Needle etc) is a block or so away. Our king room was very spacious and had a wet bar sink and a small fridge. The bathroom was incredibly small, ‘one person at a time small’ which is really odd, and the clothes hanging space the same thing, very limited. Need to install some hooks in a few places to improve that. Very good back out curtains. Good choice for the reasons mentioned. 👍

We arrived very late to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was spacious for three people comfortably. Soft robes hanging in the bathroom was an extra nice touch. Coffee cafe & Bar in lobby. Our bartender made the BEST Bloody Mary. Loved our stay, walking distance to Ross, Pikes place and food Ally.

The room was clean but had stains on the door tongue bathroom. The bedpost had big rips in it We loved the corner room, it was very quiet. The view was beautiful. The Nespresso is awesome! We missed an icebucket and had to go down to the reception and they delivered one. Nice ambiance. Would have loved an extra cozy blanket in the room for naps.

Bland check in experience with no real information offered, and an unexpected and unannounced “destination fee” that was supposed to cover amenities (wine hour, fresh cookies in lobby, restaurant cafe voucher) that were nonexistent. Great location, but not great experience overall.
