We stayed for a quick night and the hotel was suitable for that. The elevator was very slow and was sometimes out of service, but the pool area was nice for swimming or just hanging out to play cards. The hotel was in a convenient area, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

This was a spur of the moment stay. I found the hotel to be in an ideal location. It was very clean, the room was large and spacious with a super comfortable king size bed. Had an incredible nights sleep, woke up walked through the parking lot to Woods Coffee for a quick breakfast. Check in was quick as was checkout, convenient parking in proximity to my room. Overall excellent choice to stay.

Very good location, close to Trader Joe’s and Uwajimaya. You need a car for sure. Bathtub had some hair in it which was gross. Also, my room was next to the stairwell where people smoked so my room smelled of cigarettes.

Location was great, beside trader joe and whole foods. Condition of hotel run down. Only 1 elevator and didnt work all the time. On 6th floor and had to take stairs. Matress on bed was hard and bedding was poor.

The location was good that close to public transit and some connections. The property is a bit old. The room inside is clean and the front desk was very friendly. The air conditioner exhaust a strange smell once a while and create very loud noise when running. The bath tub drain works really slow.

The place looked so outdated. Water stains on the ceiling, dirty carpets, beds, chairs, countertops, shower, floors, anywhere you looked, it had some form of dirt or caked on dust. The place just even felt dirty. Beds were also very uncomfortable. My family did enjoy the pool though, that’s what the 1 star is for.

Customer service was terrible. Different and wrongful information were given by the staffs. Not all charges were included at check out, we were charged more than the price on Expedia by the hotel. The hotel itself is no better than a Motel 6. The beds are extremely small and uncomfortable. Would never stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. The beds were not sturdy and very uncomfortable and the room could have been cleaner. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. Overall it was ok, best price we could find on short notice in close proximity to Seattle.
