The staff were great. The elevators were undergoing maintenance so only one was available, there were signs on the guest floors so we knew what was happening. Decent area, 10 minute walk to the Space Needle and felt quite safe. I liked that there was a driveway in front of the hotel so we could stop in front easily to check in.

Holiday Inn to Alaska
Hotel definitely needs upgrades… elevators, flooring (tile & carpet) rooms. However the beds were very very comfortable and our view was great. Alaina at front desk was awesome…very friendly, courteous and helpful with this being our first trip to Seattle. She gave us many suggestions for our two day stay ( restaurants and attractions) and helped us with the next leg of our trip..Alaskan cruise.. by getting us signed up with the shuttle.

Well I liked that it was close to the space needle, and other sightseeing things... I did not like getting charged more and not getting it back as promised. There were crazy people yelling and talking to themselves in front of hotel, people trying to bum cigarettes, overall I have had better stays at different Holiday Inns

This property is convenient as it is close to the Space Needle, glass museum, and restaurants. It is a busy neighborhood that is noisy. The hotel seems to be going through some remodeling so there is one elevator working and messy. Safety was an issue as there wasn't any decals or mat on the shower/tub floor. I slipped and fell in the tub.
