I really appreciated the manager chip giving me a free night when their worker was kind of rude to me on the phone I had to call downstairs at 6 am to tell them someone above me woke me up and sounds like a marching band is up there and was told it’s not quiet hours anymore. And I said umm it’s 6 am so then I’ll start being loud and if I go up there it won’t be nice. And they said they would try and send someone. So that wasn’t very helpful but I told the manager and he gave us a free night there and was very helpful. Thanks chip!

The staff is outstanding here! Everyone has been freindly and approachable. Definitely a great stay. Room was very clean and the building as a whole smelled great. The area around it is safe and pretty easy to navigate.

Great hotel that's not too expensive
This is an excellent hotel, one of the best at which I've stayed. Chose this hotel due to proximity to Seattle and EV charger availability. Much nicer than the more expensive downtown hotels if you don't mind the 20 min drive. It's a newer hotel and everything inside and outside of the rooms looks nice, properly constructed, and well maintained. The room was really clean with a well thought-out layout. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet despite being close to the road. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were working really hard. Price was very reasonable. There's really nothing I can complain about.
