Enjoyed our stay. Shopping and theater were easily walkable, staff was helpful and polite, no waiting for any assistance. Room was lovely, beds were comfortable. The area around the hotel felt safe when walking back late from the theater.

This hotel is lovely! It is situated in the heart of downtown Seattle and everything is walkable. The room and bathrooms are gorgeous, clean and comfortable and the downtown views are spectacular! The staff is great too. We will definitely stay here again.

HORRIBLE SERIVCE. Showed up and yes we’re in a truck, the valets said they had no parking and couldn’t even recommend a place for us to park. And kept calling myself & my partner “bro”. Go to check in and they couldn’t even tell us where to park either. Proceeded to the end of the nigh and ordered room service. Not even edible. Mace and cheese was burnt noodles and butter. Also the “automatic”. Blinds didn’t even work. Had high expectations and ended up very disappointed
