Nice property. Friendly staff. I had an issue with the breakfast area. Not vegetarian friendly. The first morning I wasn’t able to get a good breakfast. But the hotel corrected the issue, breakfast was on point the next morning.

We picked embassy suites because we’ve always enjoyed them. But the staff at this one were not very friendly or helpful. 1 towels and two bath mats for our room when 3 of us were staying there. Also when turning in keys to check out, not one of the 3 people at the front desk acknowledged me and just pointed to the basket. Won’t stay there again…..

A lot of shopping and dining close by. Property is nice and modern. Our drapes were dtained with huge brown/orange spots...pretty gross. The thermostat was not functioning r8ght because our room was freezing cold despit the fact that we turned the temp up. Omelet station worker messed up my oder teice in a row after inasked her NOT to put cheese in my omelet. She did anyway and when i told her no cheese the second time, instead of making me a new one she proceeded pull the cheese OUT OF THE OMELET and gave it to me!! I cannot have cheese! So 2 omelets were thrown in the trash after i gave up. At checkoit, the woman clearly was not interested in what i needed and didnt even bither looking at me. She asked me my room number and if i wanted my receipt. No greeting, no asking for feednack, nothing. Not even a thabk you fro staying with us. Geesh. Not what i expected after paying for a stay like this.

This property has been ‘rode hard!’ Staff was great… but the restaurant was waaaayyyy understaffed!! Rooms smelled like stinky feet and mold. Designs in bathrooms were really slow today drain. Breakfast was great and location was convenient to many amenities. Overall would not stay again… property needs a deep cleaning!!
