Enjoyable stay
Nice neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake. The house was clean and had all the necessities we needed. I would suggest marking the stairs to the garage more prominently. Upon first arriving I did not see them and nearly fell into the stair well . My wife missed the last stair while entering the garage.

Gorgeous View
You walk in to the most amazing view of Lake Washington and that makes this property worth the visit. Probably best for a short stay because the down side of the view is of course the hill that the house is on so walking near the house can be challenging. Would definitely stay there again

With some work, could be a good place
This property and the management need some help to be a place I would recommend, but I think they can get there! First, the good: It’s a pretty large home with an absolutely fantastic living room and view. The location is just excellent. The bedrooms are comfortable and they have nice mattresses. Next, what needs help: The place just has not been kept up for a while. The shower curtain was moldy nearly halfway up and all the way along it was yellowed with visible mold (the host sent us a replacement, which we then hung ourselves, a task!). There was no bathmat, there are multiple surfaces with peeling and cracked paint, and there was dust and animal hair on the side.Tables beside the beds. The curtains in the bedrooms seem decades old, and there are absolutely no curtains of any kind in the living room and kitchen. The hedges outside are so overgrown you can’t even walk up to the house without walking into the yard. The host was responsive with questions, and very nice about trying to solve things, but unfortunately, we had to keep writing him because more things kept coming up! Overall, I think this place just needs some attentiveness because it could be so much better.

decent place, great view - with a few small issues
It was 4 of us and a dog that stayed. We thought the upstairs main living areas, bedrooms etc were clean and comfortable. The view was amazing , and it was easy enough to get to most places. Lots of great food nearby. There were just a few things that could have been improved. The yard was a must having our dog with us, however there were holes in the fence so I could not have let them out unsupervised. Would’ve been awesome to have extra towels, blankets, pillows and toilet paper easily accessible as we did find our selves needing extras of these items. However, the host graciously brought over some upon request. So overall I think most will be happy here.

This home made my Seattle experience amazing. It was hassle free to check in. The view of the lake is phenomenal. Everything was clean with all needs being met. The host understands what a perfect stay needs to be. When I come back to Seattle I will definitely try to book here again!

I had spent two solid days looking for a great property in Seattle that would fit our needs and thought this was it for a great price. After paying in full, the owner contacted me to say that he had only accepted with a new rate and I owed more money. I went through all my emails and couldn’t find that communication at all. By this point, I had let the other place I was looking at go and decided to just pay the second cleaning fee, even though it made no sense. Ironically, when we got to the house well after check in time, it had obviously not been cleaned. Beds were unmade, food on counter, bugs in sink! I contacted the owner who apologized and sent a cleaning crew right away. As much as I appreciated his quick response and fix, it meant that our plans for the night were changed as we weren’t comfortable just dropping our stuff and going. The listing (other than the price) was accurate and the neighbourhood was pretty cool. Sadly, I just think it is so wrong when prices change after the fact that I would never stay here again.

This property was a great location for baseball games. Only thing noted is no air conditioning or fans. Needed to purchase due to heat. As well no curtains on main windows to block sunlight
