Clean rooms...great hand very nice housekeepers. But, i called ageaded because i wantes a room i had before that was clean and located in a very quite area. Was told it wpuld be available and would be held for me When i arrives, i was told that it they saw the message to hold it, bit someone else had it; and was in it for a few days. I think they just diisnt want to lose reservation. I was then given a room on yhe noise street side of the hotel. Very disappointed.

Great Option

Great option to stay close to airport. Hotel recently redone and front/breakfast area is superb. Rooms were outdated from what the halls and front look but still comfortable. Not as much loud traffic or planes above. Although when checking with the front desk at 5 am before my 530 ride to the airport I asked about breakfast and the first remark was “are you a guest here”. No I just like to wake up at 4 am and go to random hotels for free breakfast. I have never experienced a front desk asking a customer that question before in a rude yet slightly professional manner.

Clearly a good deal and clean. But know it is a very, very, very, well used facility with the accordant odor. The online ratings have to be understood by value. Whatever the star rating…that is what it is. Certainly not an 8 or 9.
