"We needed additional room due to the number of family members celebrating Thanksgiving together on 30A. The unit was very clean and well appointed at check in. The views of the sunrise and sunset from this location at this time of year can't be beat and it was conveniently located to the rest of the family. Had a quick question for the owner and received a very quick reply with just the information needed. Would definitely stay again if we need additional room for future celebrations."

"This was our first VRBO in the panhandle of FL. A very lovely house and the location so excellent. The house was lovely. Very accurate description. This was the first time we used VRBO with a pool and it was excellent. The kids and adults loved it. While the house and pool were great, the access to a very nice, wide beach was also very beautiful. The best of both water worlds. Easy access to house. Well supplied kitchen. thanks for the opportunity to share this Florida experience. "

"We had the most amazing stay for our wedding weekend! The house was absolutely stunning & we were shocked that every room looked much bigger in person than in photos (which is always a great surprise!!) This property has so much charm & all of our guests were very impressed! The pool is beautiful & there are plenty of things to do at the house alone. The beach access was right across the street & we enjoyed being able to take the bikes & golf cart around to see the area. We used the kayaks & paddle board provided in the garage & had a blast at the beach. We are so excited to plan to stay here again hopefully soon! Jason was an awesome host & extremely accommodating to all of our questions & very responsive when needed. The guest guide provided every instruction you would ever need and more as well as a ton of recommendations for the area. This is a great spot for a family or friends trip & we loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!!"

"This property was nice and clean. Plenty room for just the 2 of us. It has premium, updated amenities and everything you need to cook and serve a meal at home if you prefer. It is close to great restaurants and shopping. It has private beach access with chair and umbrella service at the bottom of the stairs. The deck is small but the views are "million dollar." The deck was not covered, but this was because we were on the upper floor. All other floors had covered decks. Good chance we will be back at this property soon for another long beach weekend!"
