"Nice quiet neighborhood just outside of Rosemary Beach. Comfortable home for the 4 of us, but would easily accommodate more. A very nice walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this home for anyone!"

"First of all, the house is much larger than it looks in the outside picture. The beds were so comfortable, and the living/dining space downstairs had plenty of room for everybody. We used the grill in the back and made good use of the kitchen. Finally, the community lagoon pool is huge and close, and the beach is within walking distance across 30A. This was a great find in a great neighborhood! Tips: Check the bikes early if you plan to use them. The property manager will air up the tires if needed. And if you’re going to want beach chairs and umbrella, reserve them through the association’s provider before you arrive."

"My husband and I stayed here for our 15th anniversary trip and had a fantastic time. The unit was perfectly located between Rosemary and Alys beaches and we walked pretty much everywhere! The building was quiet and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was seamless and we had no issues during our stay. The beach access is a short walk and being able to rent bikes right in front of the building was awesome. I highly recommend this unit for your visit to 30A!"
