"We loved this property. It is right on 30A, has a view of the ocean (from the rooftop balcony), and is close to the subdivision entrance. VERY convenient to walk to the beach, walk to Rosemary Beach downtown, pretty much anything. The four bikes- huge plus and again, so convenient. Also- the beach chairs and umbrellas were such a wonderful touch. The owners have considered the guest experience and have made an excellent effort to ensure the stay is hassle-free. We appreciated the small touches like having a Keurig and a small fridge next to the rooftop balcony (and small blankets). We used the grill, too, though it is in rough shape and probably needs to be replaced soon (lots of rust). The only disappointment was that the interior was a bit tired and worn and needed either some touch-ups (paint, cabinets, handrails) or replacements (carpets). Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was a week our family will always remember with fondness."

"I have been coming to seacrest for a few years and loved the location of this house. It was easy to bike or walk to all the local restaurants and beaches. The area has such a small town feel that I love. The house had everything we needed and was beautifully designed and decorated. The beds were really comfortable and we felt like we had enough room to spread out. We had a 7 person group and were able to sleep everyone in their own bed. The upstairs balcony was beautiful for a morning coffee and chatting with friends. We loved our stay and would definitely return! "

"My Husband and I booked this over the weekend for our anniversary. Great location and easy to walk to Rosemary or Alys beach. Loved that they had a Starbucks downstairs. We also took advantage of the hot tub/pool. Be aware this is a studio and is great for a few days. The decor was nice and bed was comfortable. Also had a farmers market on Sunday morning that was great and live music both Friday and Saturday while we were there. "

"We loved staying in The Village of South Walton Beach. Close to shops, dining, live music and rental bikes right outside our door. The pools were just steps away with one being heated. The unit was beautifully decorated and we will definitely be back in the future! "
