Upon entering you'll be greeted by an open concept living and dining space, with plenty of natural light and beautiful furnishings. The dining area flows into the kitchen, which is fully-equipped and renovated. Off of the living room, enjoy a furnished balcony - perfect for your apertivo or morning cup. The first of two bedrooms is a lovely king primary suite, with a private bathroom and access to the porch. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a private balcony with seating!

The location is ideal for exploring the area. The beach is just a short drive or bike ride away, as is Freshfields Village for all of your shopping and dining needs! You'll also have access to several community pools, including the Marsh Walk Villas community pool, the Beach Club pools, and the Lake House outdoor pool. So there is no shortage of ways to get in the water!

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.
