All good, We knew the Motel is under renovation, so no major issues. Check in was fast, friendly & efficient. Room was clean & up to Wyndham Quality. We just stayed over night so didn't need much..

checked in 100 deposit but so much construction they were doing construuction all night on the floor half the floor was bagged up and we were walking through debris. breakfast was horrible literally left at 8 am way before check out

The room was acceptable but had some damage to the carpet, there was hardly any toilet paper, and no USB ports anywhere in the room. The fridge was iced-up and the woman who checked me in was incredibly rude.

Not terrible. Just definitely needs some renovation, which they are doing. Construction makes the property not the most pleasant stay currently. Just overall an old property that doesn't necessarily look like its photos. Not very noise controlled. Beds were pretty comfortable and the house keeping was very sweet!

These ratings are all based on expectations for an $80 last-minute room. I’m not comparing it against high end hotels… but against other $80 hotel rooms. I was extremely pleased. Clean, spacious and friendly. They had everything I needed and then some. Tried the coffee but… I had to say no thank you. ;-)

I was very unhappy to find that the entire Hotel was under construction renovation upon our arrival and due to this we didn’t receive the proper accommodations for which we had paid for.This would include a pool that was green and a hot tub that was not in service. We were then sent to our room on an elevator that was wrapped in construction paper and styrofoam for the purpose of transporting construction materials to and from all the rooms needing renovations.This gave an appearance of impropriety to any paying customers like myself as well as a feeling of unsafeness as we proceeded to our rooms using this as the only way to get to our room.Upon arrival to our room we also discovered our room was missing a sofa bed which was one of the items I had booked this hotel.I immediately notified the Manager of this who stated that the 3rd party who I booked with was responsible for notifying us of this deficiency and I need to take it up with them.that would be Expedia .Id also like to mention that very few people seemed to have checked during our stay leading us to believe that the owness should have been on Expedia Representatives to notify me of such circumstances and not put us under the undue stress that we had to endure.I have been a long time customer of Expedia and expect better service from you than this so please make an effort to contact me at my email or call 646-321-3672 at your earliest convenience
