Found a bottle cap in my pillow, bed sheets were stained, tissue in bathroom had makeup stains (those tissues were then restuffed into tissue box), toilet seat had hair around it, bathroom counter top was filthy. Overall very very dirty!

The bathroom was the main issue along with the breakfast. The bathroom needs a deep clean. Very little coffee and what was there was cold. This is the weakest breakfast that I have had in a hotel in a long time.

The property was in good location but didn’t like the bed. It had metal sticking out the side of it and my husband hurt his leg on it. We let the staff know. Our AC was not working either. The bathroom was not bad but could have been a little cleaner

We stopped at this hotel to rest for the night as our half way point home to Toronto. The hotel was clean, room was spacious for a family of 4, wife and 2 kids (4yo & 7yo). The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very soft. If you cannot sleep on soft pillows it may be an issue. Check in was simple, staff was nice. Breakfast was simple and basic. All that we need. The fresh waffle maker is always a deal breaker with the kids. I would recommend this hotel to others. They do a great job in keeping the building clean and tidy.

Coin café messe citant un bon nettoyage et loin du reste des breuvages dans le couloir de l’accueil donc passant. Absence de couvre matelas sur les lits, seulement un drap contour.

It is very noisy because it’s close to the highway and it’s not sound proofed. There are no clocks in the room. There was a gap under the door big enough for a small animal to get through. We stuffed a towel in the gap. And you have to pay for parking!

Very good bargain. I was happy with the experience. One thing i would suggest is that they let people know that there is a parking fee, which is billed under incudental exoenses. That wasnt clear.
